The CASPAR FIND Component

The CASPAR Finding Manager is the component of the CASPAR Architecture that implements the Data Management functionality of the OAIS Reference Model. This component manages description information, the association between description information and Archival Information Packages (AIPs) and the usage of description information for the discovery of AIPs.
This lecture illustrates how the Finding Manager works by giving a demo which focuses on some data that have been ingested in the CASPAR Architecture through the testbeds.
