JUMMP is a group that has been set up to maximise content that is currently being discarded between applications due to incompatibility between vendors and suppliers.
JUMMP has set out its vision of micro-navigation (navigating within content), which becomes possible if the metadata can be made easily accessible across different media players including PC applications, PDRs, web video, mobile devices, etc.
Phocuus is a JuMMp participant and working with other JUMMP members is involved in creating Use Cases for the Call for Technologies that are due for release later this year.
